With over 10 years teaching experience, Micki uses her combined knowledge of dance and fitness to develop a healthy and strong approach to training. She is a professional dancer (performing with ballet, jazz and theatre companies) and is certified through Power Pilates, AFAA and The Red Cross. Micki has worked with clients of all ages and abilities and can work with you to develop the perfect workout regiment for your needs!
Private, semi private and group classes offered in Pilates, Stretch/Tone, Ballet, Jazz & Modern Dance. Sessions in 60/90/120 minute segments.
